Do you ever spot something unusual for the first time ever, then all of a sudden see it popping up all over the place? I feel like that happens to me a lot! I spotted this adorable mid century sideboard on ebay a couple of weeks ago and fell in love with the lil' guy. I had never seen anything like it or even remotely similar! Now in the past week I've seen it in not one but two awesome homes in magazines, how random!

Credenza Madness

What is it about credenzas that makes me so happy? They just seem so glam, and can literally work in any space! They may be called credenzas, sideboards or buffets, but to me they are all one thing... fabulous!! It's practical to have one in the entryway, dining room, living room, office.... heck just have one in every room!

The ones at Room Service are exceptionally glam, but I'm honestly not in a position where I can drop a couple grand on a piece of furniture! They are beauties though....

I do firmly believe however, that with a little imagination you could find a vintage credenza and make it into something like one of the ones above! New paint, hardware and possibly some molding could transform the right credenza into one that looks like it cost you a pretty penny! I have a quite a few other inspiring credenza photos as well....
